I'm not kidding. Blackie's is renowed for its hot dog, made with a special casing by Hummel's, and it's well worth it. The key to the Blackie's experience is the relish and mustard, which both pack a punch. The hot dog stand is just that -- it's a rustic, old gas station-esque hut near I-84 with some booths inside and a long counter facing the grill. About $1.50 per hot dog, I think, which is pretty reasonable. Great place -- a Cheshire legend.
