Maybe it's just my bad luck, but every time I've been to this Friday's, I've had bad service. Now, normally I love eating at Friday's, as do my kids. But having to wait 45 minutes for dinner with two very hungry kids, when the restaurant isn't even busy, is just unacceptable. I've heard staff have personal conversations right beside tables, within earshot of customers. Basically, I still like Friday's, but I'll always choose to go to a different one.
