As a college student I dont like to spend money so I hate getting hair cuts, but when I finally give in I go to Maximum Style Tec School Of Cosmetology. There you can get a hair cut for 3-5 bucks (depending on the day). The students are supervised and they have had lots of practice. If anything goes wrong the professionals will get it fixed.
