This small local business is exceptional. The manager, Susie, is incredibly hospitable. She offered me some delicious tempura ice cream on the house several times. Her seafood are really fresh, and her rice has just the right consistency. My personal favorite is the dragon roll. Miraculously enough, her eel never contains too many spiny bones (which I personally detest) to claw at my throat! Also, the sushi chef creates these wonderful dishes right before your eyes. It's amazing how one can instill such art into cuisine.
