Everything from beginning to the end was horrific. From the incompetent desk staff, to the Condesending Vet, (Jimmerson), and last but not least, the Idiot of an office manager, who wasnt even familiar of what the hospitals policies were. A NIGHTMARE...RUN THE OTHER WAY. This is no exaggeration..Just read some of the earlier reviews of other peoples experiences.....Do your homework.. Thats all I can say.
