When we go to movies - we go to AMC in Eden Prairie Mall. I love the stadium seating - so there really isn't a bad seat in the house. They have new releases frequently showing in multiple theaters on opening weekend. I love the automated ticket machine - you can buy tickets and never stand in line. I highly recommend joining the AMC Movie Watcher Program (moviewatcher.com) - it is free and you earn free concessions and even movie tickets for frequenting AMC theaters. You just need to remember to actually show your card each time to earn your points.
My one complaint about AMC - their concessions seem high - even for movie theater concessions. But we just make sure to eat ahead of time and just grab a fountain soda for the movie to save some money.
