This is a regional credit union with a few branches around Redding, Anderson, and Red Bluff. Their Anderson branch just moved right next to Wal-Mart by the outlets. They provide excellent customer service and conduct regular “secret shopper” surveys of their branches to make sure customers are receiving the best possible service. Their interest rates are very competitive and they offer a range of products to members (including free checking). You won’t have to pay a huge membership fee either here. They offer online banking, but not online bill-pay and it won’t work with newer versions of Quicken. I was really happy when we were banking here and looked forward to going in to talk to the tellers.
