The bank is ok for general stuff and if you just want to keep an account. the things become more problematic when you apply for a specific service or if you have got enquires. It took me several months of calls for them to correct a mispelling error on my name. The experience with a mortgage approval was also a disaster, they didn't respect deadlines at all. A complete disaster. more
