I had received an under cabinet dvd player as a gift from my work. When I tried it out the dvd player did not work. Since this was probably a business trade I didn't know how it would all work. Then guy was so nice and helpful. He let me exchange it for store credit even though it was a trade, since we really didn't have the cabinet space to put it. My husband had been looking into a big screen tv. So he decided to put the store credit towards one. After going through everything and getting discounts for where we work they were able to get us a $2500 tv for $1200 plus interest free financing for a year!
