I thought I was getting good quality hardwood for the price I paid, however, based on my experiences with their sales people and customer relations people I now know it was just a cheap Chinese substitute for quality! My main request was to nothing from China! The Chinese don’t have the same environmental concerns, control or guidelines as US/UK. This is the worse retail outlet I have ever dealt with. They are deceptive and incompetent. They tell you one thing and then pull a switch and bait. On a scale of 0-10 they are sub-zero.
