Right by the bay in Duluth is Grandma's Saloon and Grill. Its located in an old building thats decorated by a collection of antique signs trinkets and other things. This gives it a great 80's feel to it. There is also an outdoor level that has a great view of Duluth Bay. The "Golden Rings" here are huge, thick and very good. They beat any State Fair onion rings any day. Also the ribs are very well priced and tender. THe hamburgers are thick and juicy, and the specialty burgers are worth the try. Overall this restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices.
