Coast Transport provides insurance for commercial trucking. The policies that they provide are decent, but they can also be obtained from other insurance agents with much better customer service. The women who work in the office processing the certificates of insurance and answering phone calls are very polite and helpful, but the owner is another story entirely. I belive his name was Scott. He was insulting, standoffish and downright rude after he failed to return my phone calls three times. I would advise you to either avoid dealing with this irrational man or seek insurance elsewhere. Even one of his own employees told me that all the women there can't stand him and his pushy attitude.
