A pipe under the bathroom sink was leaking, and so a puddle was forming in the cabinet. It must have gotten pretty damp in there and been sitting for a long time, because when I found it, there was mold growing at the bottom of the puddle. I had Flood Control come to my house to clean up the mold and the stagnant water and restore the water damage to the cabinet. And that's exactly what they did!
