I lived in these apartments for many years while in college. They were not maintained that well. For the rental prices they should have had newer appliances and cabinets. They showed us an apartment that was for rent, and when we went to sign the paperwork, they had JUST rented it but they had another one that was not as nice they could rent. Later I found two other tenants that went through the same thing! I thought bait and switch was illegal.
