I went to them because I started a new job and my insurance plan did not cover the dentist that I normally use. I had nothing but problems with this dentist and my insurance company. When I made the appt. I told them I was with Metlife. When I got there they told me they don't take them anymore, but if I paid for the visit my company would reimburse it all back. They then charged me more than the insurance company covered. I called the insurance company and they were not supposed to do any of that. I had to file a complaint to get the dentist to send me the money back. They did. I would not go back there. more
