I have the best experiences when I go to Valu. I went one morning - early. I got there at about 7:45 am - they open at 8 am. I figured I'd sit in my car and wait - but believe it or not, the door was already open! When you walk in the door, the people are really helpful (which is great if you don't have a clue about hardware). I just bought a cabinet and was worried that I couldn't assemble it myself so they put it together for me. Home Depot and Lowes have terrible customer service, so I am definitely sticking with the great people at Valu!
