For a poor college student, Planned Parenthood is a god send. I was able to get a yearly exam, with a pap smear and a pelvic exam, for under $50. The staff is very warm and polite and do not treat you any different just because you aren't paying full price for the services. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and spent time with me to allay any concerns I may have. Planned Parenthood offers important services to many communities. This is a great locally owned business. Supporting locally owned businesses is always important to keep the local economy running strong!
