Valley Isle Electric is very good at what they do therefore they are always very busy. They will do their best to get to you and your problem as quickly as possible. The staff manning the office is very pleasant and will try to help you get things going if they can, if not someone will be dispatched to address your problem. It has been my experience that their response time was within six hours in an emergency and the next day for an item less critical. All work was professional and very reasonable.
