I ordered over the phone from out of state. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to describe each of the available flower arrangements in my price range. When I went to pay, they said they didn't take credit cards over the phone, that they would send me a bill. Small town honesty...gotta love it. My mother in law loved the arrangement and was very happy.
