I have a friend who has been to Dr John Novak's office. He did the usual xray and cleaning and thorough check up for first time patients and said there were many cavities and parts of the gum were damaged and needed intensive treatment. He agreed to talk to the insurance company to find out the coverage. He gave a prescription for the treatment of the gum disease and it was expensive. When we moved out of NJ sometime later my friend went to another dentist and she did the xrays again and said that everything done earlier was unnecessary. The fillings also were not done properly and had to be redone. Would not recommend at all.
