It's not actually a liquor store, but that seemed the closest category. Although it's based in Santa Barbara, you get to it online, and you won't be sorry. There are five different themed clubs, and you can choose the number of bottles and how frequently you get them. I like the International because you also get gourmet treats from the country where the wine comes from each month. Very good reviews from the experts reassured me it was worth trying, and I'm glad I did!
