Nancy Chang serves some of the best Chinese food in the city. (Homemade fortune cookies!) You definitely pay for it, though, as it's one of the more expensive Chinese restaurants I've eaten at. Still, an above average atmosphere and great food is hard to beat. Should be tried at least once, when you're tired of the usual.
