Good: Good and quick service for payment. Bad: Had hard time lining up the car-made to feel stupid. Improvements: nothing. Other: After I got home, I got out and saw those "missed dirt spots" that happen after you wash a car. Only, there were so many I would have thought my 4-year-olds washed my car. And, some white car scratches were down the side of my van that weren't there before, but I cannot claim that they came from the wash. dang. Will I go back. Highly unlikely..
