This gym is really first and foremost a physical therapy facility and then also a fitness facility. They are facing Cherokee blvd and have all of the main gym equipment but also has a small pool for doing aquatic exercises.
My best friend was going 3-4 times a week for physical therapy but now is going for maintenance and it has helped her back tremendously. There are physical therapist on staff to help you.
There is parking behind the facility. Membership Fees are around 90$ per month. But of course they also are within some insurance plans.
