Another outstanding meal in midtown. Amy and I went with Dick and Lorin Costolo. Dressy and formal but not stuffy. The service was excellent - extremely well paced. They have a seven course tasting menu (veggie and non-veggie) and a three course prix fixed (which is what we did). The food is contemporary and exotic - unusual but sumptious combinations. We had four different desserts - all were spectacular. It isn't cheap ($100 / person), but A+.
