This is a great local Vietnamese bakery, and their specialty is fruit tarts. You can order quarter sheets for less than $20, half sheets for around $35, and then full sheet. The base is a pastry that is fluffy and crisp, filled with custard in the center. Then fruits are decorated around the edges and center... everything is fresh! The custard is not filled in until prior to your set pick-up time, so that the cake is not soggy wet when time to serve. In addition, you can order birthday or any occasion cakes!
