We hadn't cleaned out the fireplace in a while, and there were a lot of ashes left inside. We had the windows open for a while, and a strong wind came through the living room, scattering ashes and soot all over my brand new beige carpet. I tried to vacuum it up, but that only seemed to make it worse. When I started to panic, my husband called this company. They are experts at carpet cleaning and water restoration, so were able to wet and clean the carpet. It looks beautiful after they were done and I'm so happy with them and with the carpet!
