Subaru dealer with new and some used cars.They're on the same street as several other dealers.
Very helpful sales staff with lots of patience. They have a reputation for being low-pressure and up-front about pricing, and it's true. I'll give just one example.
When I already agreed to buy one of their cars, the salesman told me that the price had just gone down on it, because they were about to run a promo starting that day. I was already sold on the car, and was getting out the checkbook to pay a higher price, so he didn't have to tell me this. They don't lie when they use the phrase "no commission".
Would you expect this from other dealers? I doubt it.
