I would like to tell you what a wonderful service experience I had on April 2-3 with Bud Peung regarding repairs to my 2006 Honda Odyssey. I brought the vehicle in for a 90,000 mile service, timing belt replacement, and to diagnose an odd noise we were hearing in the engine. Bud went over the 90,000 mile service with me line-by-line at my request so we could eliminate those items that I would handle myself or that had been recently completed and explained the price difference that would result in. He then personally went with me on the road to listen to the noise I was hearing, and later took a technician out to show them the noise as well. They were able to diagnose the issue as a bad rear motor mount and resolved the issue. He also looked over my extended warranty and ensured that was used properly in regards to the motor mount repair. Throughout the two-day process, Bud was very friendly, gave me very clear explanations of the work taking place and what to expect, and gave me good time estimates for work completion. This was the best service experience I have ever had and Bud should be modeled as what a great Service Advisor looks like. I am sure you receive plenty of negative e-mails, but wanted to let you know that Bud is doing a great job and look forward to working with him again in the future. SIncerely, Brian C more
