I have been going to Lucas Tires for almost 4 years now. They have always done right by me. They have taken care of more than one car of mine and have always been great. Once nice thing about the shop is that after they see you a couple of times, they get to know you. There aren't too many places these days that try to actually get to know you. I don't know what these other reviews are referring to. I come from a small town where your shop you take your car to knows a lot about you and your car (and they remember what kind of work they did to your car in the past). I lived in the city for several years before I stumbled upon Lucas Tire. I have never had a problem and even if I had a question about anything, their first response was to bring the car in so they could look at it free of charge. They do a great job of explaining what is going on with your car and why it needs a particular repair. Sometimes I have waited for a vehicle and they were so busy, they forgot to give me an update on it as it was being worked on. I suppose any business that is really busy gets like that once in a while. I have been hosed by lots of car places in the past but not these guys. I have had several friends get their cars done there as well and none of them have had problems either. I give them an A+!!!! -Alex
