You can learn how cheese, ice cream and other dairy products are made here and sample some when you're done. And best of all, the tour is free and the ice cream is fresh and cheap! You can also purchase yogurt and cheese. Its great to get some ice cream and walk down to the Red Cedar River and enjoy the beautiful campus. This brings back many college memories.
