Similar to the house described in Gone with the Wind this house was moved from north Georgia to its current location. There is a yearly battle of Jonesboro reenactment in the fall, and there is a nice Christmas ornament sale beginning in late November that is worth going to. It is a nice old house with a detached one-room school and supply store. I enjoy going about once a year.
