Good: Mike was very patient and answered EVERY one of my questions. I had alot of them!. Bad: No complaints!. Improvements: I wish Michael was closer (my office is in LA county), but he came up to see me. So no big deal.. Other: Michael showed us some very inexpensive health plans for our business, but he also looked at how we use our insurance. This made a difference in what plans we went with. Our old broker NEVER did this..
