This small bar/restaurant has a great view of the water. The bar section is separated from the restaurant and has the requisite happy hour prices. What is worth noting is that in the off season the Breakers does not close down but offers a "1971 Prices" menu. You can get meals (eat in only) for lees than 3 dollars and get a great window table of the Sound in winter. Call for details.
