My friend got her hair cut there once and it came out bad. She asked the hairdresser to cut off 2 inches and to layer it and she cut it straight and up to her shoulders. Along with that her hairdresser styled it by parting it with a zigzag therefore she was charged extra. They also didn't wash her hair but just spritz it with water. Also not just the hair dresser that my friend had but all the hairdressers cut everyone's hair the same way so when she went to school like five other people had a identical cut. I felt so bad for her!
