I have tried this place several times ... always hoping the so-so coloring, cut would be better. But now I have given up. The last time dye was all over my forehead and when I complained they said I was seeing things. Melissa never responded to my several calls and if this is how they treat customers, there are plenty of classier salons that actually believe in satisfying the customer. I'm done. more
