We took our car here shortly after arriving in town because we had a flat and it was the closest place (I don't recommend choosing a company for that reason). We waited forever in a dingy little wait area and when our car was 'ready', we looked to see that they had not put the correct tires on the car. They had put a cheaper grade than what we had paid for on the car. Had my husband not been paying attention, we would have been 'had'. They claimed it was an honest mistake and immediately fixed it (more waiting), but it makes me wonder about them. I probably won't be taking my car back to them again.
