While I have been reasonably pleased with the actual cleaning done by Crest, service depends on which employee you get.
For example, Christy and a few of the others are typically efficient, helpful and accommodating. Others seem to have difficult y with the routines and are not as friendly and flexible. Turnover and employee indifference detracts from the personalized service that I came to expect from my cleaners in other cities (except from the individuals previously mentioned).
On the whole, the service is good but not great.
