Glen Allen Bistro is perhaps Glen Allen's best kept secret. Their menu of subs and sandwiches is out of this world! They also offer pizza, pasta, kid's meals, and the best baklava I've ever, EVER had (it's homemade). Their lemonade (also homemade) is excellent. The only setback for me is that lunch for one runs close to $10, and that's a bit steep. Still, I treat myself there occasionally. Their fries are lightly seasoned, their subs large and overflowing and GOOOOD, and their service wonderful. Definitely check them out.
