I like Sports West Athletic Club because they have a lot of different types of equipment to choose from which are well-maintained and spaced just right so I don't feel crowded out by other people who are working out at the same time. The cardio theatre is fantastic. There's probably about 40 pieces of equipment to choose from and range from treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair-steppers and cross-trainer machines. In my opinion, they also have the largest selection of hammer-strength equipment in the Northern Nevada area. This ranges from devices used to work your arms, abs, chest as well as your legs. It is a well-ventilated facility which means that you are always at perfect workout temperature. The friendly staff also has a welcoming personality and makes you want to visit over and over again.
