This old historic inn is located on the line between Spencer and Leicester. It has a lovely New England interior with lots of old wood flooring. The food is New England - simple - clam chowder, pot pies, etc. Not fantastic but good and a great value. They host a lot of weddings and have a few function rooms. The grounds outside are lovely and are suitable for wedding portraits with gazebos and rolling lawns. They also have a lively weekend pub downstairs.
