Recommended-- the toilet overflowed and caused a gross, stinky mess in the bathroom, that I had to get professionally cleaned because there was no way I was gonna do it by myself. but flood control was really good, and pumped out all the sewage, and then sanitized the bathroom. they did a great job, and even got rid of the smell!
