Both my boyfriend and I have had bad experiences here multiple times. I have had my order lost and was given no discount and my boyfriend waited on hold for over 5 minutes to order 2 salads and a artichoke dip. He was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and waited 25, 15 of which in the parking lot. On top of that the order was wrong.
