The run off from the rain was so bad in my apartment that I had 4 inches of water in my bedroom. Every time I called my landlord I had to wait days to get it taken care of...so I decided to call Flood Control on their 24 hour emergency service line. Someone was sent to my house in 30 minutes and started extracting water from my carpet when he called me over to show me what he thought was mold on the wall. Wow was I happy I called Flood Control otherwise I never would have known about the mold!
