Needed to replace a broken garage window panel--they were very polite on the phone and said they would call me when it's ready. 7 hours later I call back and asked if it was ready by now - the guy says "oh that's gonna be tough because our glass guy cut out early for thanksgiving eve." I told him I wished someone could of called me just to give me a heads up and he went on to tell me what kind of a crazy days it's been and so on. He did say sorry without any concern and just ended the call with "well we open at 7:00am friday" and hung up as I was in the middle of saying "thanks..." I called back to tell him that's okay just to cancel the order, he then proceeds to take down my info so he can cancel it and then says to me "oh and what do you know-your glass is finished but I'll just put it back in stock-thank you!" and hung up on me.. I'm not surprised from this business and hope you all choose carefully. more
