I can't say enough about Terry, his wife, and their team! My fiance and I haven't been in Greenville long, and Speedee's was our first oil change experience here. We will forever be return customers. My fiance's Audi turned out not to be the typical 30min oil change because of paraphernalia that was designed to protect the underside of the car and the fact that the Audi dealership we left back in WI didn't reassemble it correctly the last time it was in. It took Tyler and his team longer than usual to get to the filter/drain plug and reassemble the pieces correctly. The car was also 1.5 quarts low on transmission fluid. Our lovely Audi took a special fluid and needed a couple special tools to add it correctly. Tyler called in a friend of his who rushed over and got me taken care of and out the door. Tyler had a lot more time than usual tied up into my Audi, none of which was his fault and I was just charged the standard rate. Everybody in this establishment is top notch and treats you like part of the family. The waiting room is clean and well stocked with magazines, and free soft drinks for customers, a long with a TV to keep you entertained. The bathroom is clean and rivals that of my mothers in decor. Its not what you'd expect from other similar businesses.
Don't hesitate to give these guys your business. I called my father the same night and he said it best: "Finding a place that is customer service oriented like they are, is one in a million anymore these days".
