They have nice stuff here, and for us mid-peninsula folks this is a convenient place to shop. But be warned:
* the customer service is lacking. They don't call you back, have tricky promotions, and generally just don't follow through.
* they're often out of what you want/need.
* some of the staff are good; others are not
* the manager seems to not really be that interested in customer satisfaction
I was lured in by some good prices, but at the end of the day, I would have been better off paying a bit more and going to Lullaby Lane.
