Woody's on St. Pete Beach is an institution and one you shouldn't miss if you're in town visiting. If you can get a seat on the patio around sunset, you might even see dolphins jumping in the waves.
Nothing fancy, Woody's serves up some of the best grouper sandwiches in the area. Go with blackened if you like spicy. Icy cold beer is a staple here, and it always hits the spot when you've been out in the sun, heat and humidity.
Only drawback is that they always seem busy and understaffed, but who cares as long as you have your brew and the view?
