I bought my Kia Rio from FMK in May 2004. Overall, it was a great experience. The salesperson and the financing person were helpful and easy to work with, and we got a good deal. We even got to meet Scott Donahoo, the owner and star of crazy commericals. Everything went relatively quickly too. An added bonus, FMK puts an anti-theft device (not an alarm) in every car.
Taking the car to be serviced is a different story, it's usually pretty slow, but that's to be expected. Still, everyone is friendly and helpful, I've never had a problem there.
