The Great Lakes Baking Company is a great place to pick up a loaf of gourmet bread to accompany dinner. Great Lakes offers baguettes, foccatia, muffins, brownies and other pastries, along with loafs of various style breads. Bread is baked daily (Except Mondays, when the store is closed.) Also check the day-old rack if you're looking to get a good deal. The loaves of bread don't have preservatives, so they won't last as long as Wonderbread, but it's a sin to compare them because Great Lakes' bread is of far higher quality.
